To find breastfeeding help in Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Breastfeeding Coalition has a service on its website called ZipMilk. When you put in a zip code it locates all of the IBCLCs, La Leche League Leaders, WIC offices with peer counselors, and counselors from the Nursing Mother's Council, as well as breastfeeding support groups.
