The topic regarding whether this website, http://littlefoxdiapers.com/category_44/Non-toxic-Bottles.htm?is Code compliant was previously discussed. Right now, marketing of bottles on any website is being picked up as a Code violation. It cannot be OK for one website to market bottles and not OK for others. We have discussed the presence of bottles and artificial nipples on Medela's website as a Code violation. Currently Evenflo has removed all bottles and nipples from its website which is now Code compliant. The Code?applies to?all?manufacturers, distributors, sellers, importers, and exporters?of products covered? under the scope of the Code, not just some. The above website distributes and sells feeding bottles and artificial nipples which are products covered within the scope of the Code.
