The level of ETOH in breastfmilk is related to the blood alcohol level, If
she can legally drive (and safely) she can breastfeed (just a rule of thumb.
I also don't think an occasional bit of alcohol for the baby will do more
than make it sleepy. I've fed three kids on Passover night after four cups
of wine without thinking twice (and they didn't even sleep through the night)
