Sorry, I fall behind on the digests so I am late to this sweet dance.:)  I 
fall into the reverse order category.

Son #1 - born 1994 - weaned just under age 5 (footnote here that my milk 
dried up in my third trimester with #2 son so #1 son didn't nurse for two 
months but then latched right back on after #2 was born and tandemed for a 
few years)

Son #2 - born 1997 - weaned just under age 4 (tandemed with #1 and then with 
#3)

Son #3 - born 2000 - weaned a bit over age two - very high needs and 
ultimately diagnosed with sensory integration dysfunction, had I known I 
would still be nursing him - also didn't plan for him to be my last child

LAM 18-20 months with each child and loved every minute of it. ;)
