As the US Senate considers taxes on both alcohol and "sugary" drinks like 
cola's (except diet) that contribute to future health problems like obesity, I 
crossed my fingers and toes that the very last paragraph would say something 
about how the tax would be extended to formula.... ugh... hopes dashed.  No 
such luck.  Sheesh...
