The mom I was talking about earlier today (weeks of low grade, chronic
breast pain, both breasts affected, nipple tenderness and stabbing pain in
breasts, worse with hot weather, worse when pressure on breasts, no response
to 3 weeks diflucan, gv, topical antifungals and tx of infant) got her milk
culture back. It grew strep, but the doctor says not in levels to cause
infection. Mom is ready to wean. Any advice?
