If she needs to be seen in person she will probably need to drive, but not far.  She is within fairly easy reach of London and Oxford.  But throughout the UK there is a breastfeeding helpline staffed by excellently prepared breastfeeding supporters from the voluntary organizations working with breastfeeding.  Just another one of those things that exists in the UK at the moment and which I envy them for.
The number if calling from within the UK is: 0300 100 0212.  
She can also get in touch with Lactation Consultants of Great Britain, http://www.lcgb.org/  if her community midwife or health visitor is not able to provide her with the help she needs.
