I'm sorry Colleen was harassed at IKEA -- they were out of line, obviously --
but her letter is so far over the top that it is hard to see how it is going
to be at all useful.

Thousand-word letters of complaint just reinforce the (otherwise false) idea
that breastfeeders are nuts.

Sorry, but I assume this was meant as a practical protest, rather than just
Colleen venting.   As a vent it's fine, but to have an effect it has to be
readable by the people it's sent to.
