Susan:  I have never recommended a dad suck on mom's breasts to relieve 
engorgement but over the years I have had several dads ask me if it was OK.  
My answer is:  Whatever you do in the privacy of your own home is your 
business, and yes, it would help relieve engorgement and no, you are not 
depriving your baby of any milk."  Enough said.
