We have a 3 month old baby in NICU being drip-fed formula.  Extremely ill,
not absorbing nutrients.  Hospital wants to be "convinced" they should give
the baby EBM.  Have 1001 excuses for not trying it, including some of the
craziest anecdotes on food I have ever heard! I will not say who the head
doctor is, but he is supposed to be "supportive" of breastfeeding.  SO why
he isn't getting the baby EBM is beyond me.
Can someone help us?  They also claim that "no one" pasteurizes bank milk.
