Of course, every combination of drugs makes things more complicated. I must say, I have never heard of treating hypertension with *all* these drugs at the same time. Is this really necessary?
If in doubt breastfeed, because *especially* for prematures, breastmilk is important. However, it would be possible to measure maternal blood levels of all these drugs, and baby levels as well. Wouldn't that be a nice little research project?
