 Hi Becky
Show him the AAP Breastfeedng policy.  It recommend *exclusive* breatfeeding
for around six months.  Challenge said paed to provide evidence for his
intervention.  What he is proposing falls outside both physiology and
standard practice.  The onus is on him to support this practice with
evidence. (I am sure there is a statement in the hospital somewhere to the
effect that 'this hospital practises evidence based medicine'.  Remind him)
