Hi,

One interesting topic that gets all the moms involved is "Nutrition and
Breastfeeding". What to eat and what not to or what to limit. I have a
basket full of plastic foods, empty milk carton, spices, chocolates, water
bottles, empty bottle of alcohol, etc. I pass that around and everybody
picks an object and tells the group the effects of it on breastfeeding.
Always a popular topic and gets everybody involved.
