Time for a few letters to the Queensland State goverment.

They are reported to be backing a proposal presented by pediatric
surgeon Richard Heazlewood and general practitioner Lara Wieland to
start handing out free formula and bottles to mothers in Aboriginal
communities.

The plan is to introduce "baby packs" to replace the current cash
"baby bonus" scheme. The packs are said to be likely to contain
nappies, formula, bottles, blankets, wipes, soap, and so on.
