I guess the one thing forgotten in the blood bath was the idea of engorgemtn
prevention. This whole discussion would be moot if we could get our management
act together, yes? that includes figuring out if the epidurals and operative
deliveries are contributing to the problem in any way. But then that's another
blood bath, isn't it?
