Sally asks about IBLCE's health education requirements for her first
recertification.

Sally, those are requirements for first-time test takers only. You need
either to take the test again, or collect 75 hours of CERPs, spread across
the CERPs spectrum. Learn more about recertification by going to IBLCE's
homepage (www.iblce.org) and scrollilng DOWN to the yellow box
"Recertification" and clicking on "Recertification Guide."
