In the studies I found, pumping ( 'breastmilk feeding') is not even mentioned.

Under WHO definitions, 'breastmilk feeding' is the same category as 
'breastfeeding'.

I think it is different but the social etc outcomes for a child whose 
mother 'breastmilk feeds' may be different from the outcomes for a 
child whose mother formula feeds....but you could easily be measuring 
the difference in the parenting/mother's outlook  rather than the 
feeding.
