In response to Margaret G. Bickmore and Andrea Tran re peanut allergy: I
was informed by a NICU RN that this is a new topic among allergy sufferers
and professionals. Unfortunately, I do not remember the organization that
she referred to that was studying peanut consumption during pregnancy and
effects on the baby, but she made a point to inform me so that I could
caution pregnant and nursing mothers. I too would like more information and
your references are helpful. My comments are simply to reinforce your query
about this phenomenon, although I myself do not have resources.
