How to keep harsh judgement out of teaching?

Exclusively formula fed babies grow up to be less intelligent with smaller
brains. How to say that in a way that keeps the door open to change? And
yet, it has to be said that way because it is the other view of Kramer's
research; saying that breastfed babies are smarter with bigger brains
assumes that formula-feeding is the norm.
