Does anyone have any information on the effects of the new generation of antidepressants on the milk ejection reflex?  Apart from possible effects on the baby from drugs in the milk, there could be effects from reduced intake due to suppression of oxytocin response.  Many women experience orgasmic dysfunction when taking Prozac and Zoloft, and the same hormone is involved in both processes.  Is anyone even considering the possibility of such an effect?
