A couple of additions to Kathy Dettwyler's excellent suggestions ...

... show "Breast is Best" in the waiting room, and have it available in the
lending library.  INFACT Canada carries it in English, French and Spanish.

... INFACT's award-winning poster series uses humour to convey positive
messages about breastfeeding.  I've found that the use of humour tends to
relax people enabling to talk more openly than they might have otherwise.
