I understand about the risks and all...We have the FDA paper posted in the 
postpartum unit.

Why or why do we not make such a BIG deal when formula has a recall.  I 
can't remember any time we hung up signs and scared the heck out of moms 
about formula use.  Remember the metal pieces in the powdered formula?

From the codiene study, I believe it was a single couplet.  A very rare 
syndrome that metabolizes codeine into morphine from an overactive condition 
of the liver.

Next time something comes out about a ABM recall, you bet I will blow it up 
and post it over the formula cabinet!
