I have been looking for WHO growth charts (in a pdf perferably) for infants that specify inches and pounds rather than kg and cm. Can anyone direct me to a website that has this conversion in the chart already. I have only been able to find the ones with kg and cm. Yes, it is easy to convert, but often, I review the growth with interested parents, and of course, here in the US, typically heights and weights are in pounds and inches.

Thank you
