Hi Suzie,
I am thinking tracheomalasia / laryngomalasia or some sort of like anomaly.
A swallowing study could be very helpful. I would also rule out heart defect
just on the s/s of mottling and cyanosis. I imagine this could be reflux,
however, I would want a bit further investigation.
