Just came home form a conference. Question from a mom was how safe is
grapefruit seed estract or oil when breastfeeding. I didn't think it would
be a problem and neither did Dr.Jack. However I wondered if anyone esle had
used this for yeast and how effective was it if used? This Mom stated it
works well for her at one dose per day.

Just a comment about giving Breastfeeding friendly physcians awards. It is a
great idea however they and their office should comply with the whole "Baby
friendly idea.  But if we feel that breastfeeding is just NORMAL  what's
with the awards. I guess that might imply that many Doctors and Nurses are
not normal. Sorry I didn't mean to DR/nurse bash. Just my naughty thought of
the day.
