Perphenazine hardly seems to be the drug of choice for depression.  I have
never heard of it used for this reason, though it is an antipsychotic.  It
is in the same family, essentially, as chlorpromazine and does come out in
the milk in small quantities.  Given the risks of not breastfeeding, I think
it is compatible.  I would check the reason for its use, however.
