Would you be able to elaborate on the legal issues that you mention
pertaining to Australia. Would be interesting to hear from others regarding
the legal issues in their countries.

I personally believe that all health professionals have an independant as
well as interdependant relationship - or that's how it should be if we all
have the same goal which is to optimize the care of those we work for.
