Perhaps you don't like receiving lactnet, is that what I hear you saying
here?

To UNSUBSCRIBE (your spelling's not too helpful, is it?) do this:

go to:
http://peach.ease.lsoft.com/archives/lactnet.html

One of the options that will come up when you get there is "join or leave
the list". Select that, do what it tells you, and you should have no further
problems with lactnet.

Seems to me that if you aren't able to follow simple the instructions that
come with every single digest, or the information you got when you
subscribed in the first place, perhaps, you are not in a position to be
calling the 2000+ of us who got your message stupid "anythings".
