I am wondering if this mom is not having gallbladder problems.  She's had
this for quite a while, right?  Has she been checked by her MD?  She may not
even be paying attention to R epigastric pain which radiates to her back,due
to involvement with infant.  And the other idea, of course, is a pregnancy
test.
