The easiest way to get slides made is to find published photos and take them
in to your local camera shop and ask them to make slides out of them. It
costs only a dollar or two per slide. This is legal -- not an infringement
of copyright -- provided that you only make one copy, use them for
educational purposes, and don't sell them for money.

Your local university library will likely have books about people from a
variety of cultures in the GN section (anthropology). You can also look
through old issues of National Geographic or Natural History. Big
"coffee-table" type books such as "Nomads of Niger" are also likely to have
photos. "Children of the Dreamtime" is a wonderful old book (1930s) about
Australian Aborigines that has some great pictures of babies and older
children nursing.

Finally, La Leche League has a poster with maybe 30 photos of people from
around the world nursing their babies. I took the poster in to my local
camera store many years ago (8 years??) and had a slide made of each one.
La Leche League calendars also sometimes include people of different
ethnicities and cultures.

Good luck.
