I appreciate what Jack and others are saying - that there is no need for
formula after six months or so. But I thought that campaign might serve to
encourage mothers to breastfeed longer - they keep nursing for 9 months or a
year so they can go straight to cow's milk, rather than wean at 6 months and
go to formula. So perhaps toddler formulas will encourage mothers to nurse
past the first year...
