OK, now I am confused. Is there a differnce between the parvo a dog gets
and what a human gets? When I was pregnant this last time, we got a dog
from the local SPCA (I was about 16 weeks then). Two days later, the dog
got very sick. When I called up the vet they said it sounded like parvo
and take the dog back. Well, this was after hours. I spent all night up
with that poor puppy, cleaning up all of it's messes (from both
ends-straight blood). The vet and the local animal control told me that I
could not get the parvo from the dog and that it was not a threat to the
baby. Were they wrong? Serena appears to be healthy and normal.....just
curious now...Sorry for the off topic!
