Hi all.  I'm hoping someone can give me some information quickly, so I
can get back to the mother who called me today.  She is taking zinc
tablets - 50 mg per day - because she heard it is a good way to prevent
colds, and wants to know whether this will affect the baby.  I couldn't
find any information on this anywhere, and I don't even know whether 50
mg of zinc is a lot or a little.  Does anyone know whether this is okay
to do while breastfeeding?
