Hi Val
I am very behind in reading my posts.  When I saw yours I had to respond.  I
have red hair and fair skin and never had sore nipples.  This was also 17 and
14 years ago when I was given terrible advise.  I do not believe skin
sensitivety is related to your hair or skin colors.  There are many factors
that can not be easily and quickly catorgorized.
