I for one never received such a survey.  It is possible that the office
changes for ILCA in 1997 may have fouled up the mails.  I had TERRIBLE
trouble getting mail when BMAI was in charge.  Only slightly better (but
better) with the NC group (can't remember their name).

Cindy, you may wish to check to find out when those names of LCs were
obtained and suggest that perhaps the survey needs to be sent again! with
names obtained from the new ILCA office--in hopes that it will be more
complete.

Write me privately for other ideas about reaching LCs very likely to have
seen babies with tongue-tie.
