Hear hear Kathleen!  As another frequently disgusted LC, I'm with you all
the way.  My pet hate is a health insurer that pays 50% - 100% of the cost
of soy formulas if these are "prescribed" by a doctor (and yes, they are,
"on demand") and yet resolutely refuses to pay for LC assistance likewise
"prescribed". Hang in there!
