Given the concerns you listed, it sounds like relactation is the least of
the woman's problems. Have you considered talking to the mother and
contacting her primary hcp? I would be very uncomfortable not passing on
the information you have to her dr. or midwife. Obviously she needs help
and child protection issues are a concern
