<< If the Bible is
the inspired word of God then warnings about "overlying" must be gospel...a
mom asked me the other day if i heard of the "CASE" of a baby strangling in
his mom's long hair ! how horrible for these mother's to be fed such a
line....sounds more like "research from the enquirer"

I wish i knew what Bible passages these were so i could investigate them

The passage is I Kings 3:16ff. It is most definitely not a warning or
admonition about co-sleeping, overlaying or any thing of the sort. Instead,
it is a passage demonstrating the wisdom that God gave to Solomon. It is one
of several passages that speak of sleeping with babies as a normal occurance
(which of course it is/was in most of the world).
