Roberta,

I swear by brewer's yeast - just putting the spoon in the tin gives me coping
strength !  I used it during my five lactations and I still take it during
stressful times.  However, I do suggest to new Mums that they start slowly -
half a teaspoon, working up to a heaping tablespoon in juice - because it can
make some people gassy until the digestive system adjusts. I find the powder
(the debittered kind) better than the tablets.
