I had a question recently regarding the use of lanolin preparations when
mothers have sore nipples. They wanted to know what the outcome would be if
the mother had a yeast problem and used the lansinoh on the nipples.

I suspect it would exacerbate the problem by holding the moisture in enabling
the yeast to thrive. What do you think?

That brings us around to the moist wound healing philosophy. What do you all
think?
