Subject: Inaccurate baby bottles

Hi All,
Just wanted to alert you all to a study by myself and fellow list mother, Nina Berry, which found that infant feeding bottles are commonly inaccurate. The results are summarised here http://www.abc.net.au/news/2016-10-18/baby-bottles-missing-wrong-markings-national-standard-research/7942598 <http://www.abc.net.au/news/2016-10-18/baby-bottles-missing-wrong-markings-national-standard-research/7942598> and here http://www.westernsydney.edu.au/newscentre/news_centre/more_news_stories/study_finds_baby_bottle_measurements_wrong_and_potentially_dangerous <http://www.westernsydney.edu.au/newscentre/news_centre/more_news_stories/study_finds_baby_bottle_measurements_wrong_and_potentially_dangerous>
Happy to send a copy of the paper to anyone who is interested in it. Everyone, where ever they are in the world should be concerned about this as there is only one standard in the world for baby bottles and the one that exists (European Standard) does not prevent bottles from having inaccurate markers.
