 I read as far as pp hemorrhage....and as far as I know there isn't any artificial prolactin...so sad.  Help her get really good with SNS, nursing for comfort and food and see what may evolve.  One of our LLLL here in SJ never had milk come in, broke her (and our) heart. I doubt if anemia is primary cause, but she does need to work on that to have energy to care for new baby.
