Hi Meggie : )
I will be interested to hear what others have to say, but I will make a guess at what is going on.
Is it possible that the piercing sites have left healed pits or canals? Then what can happen is sebum fills the space, it is white and pasty with no foul smell.
Why do I think this? Well I have old ear piercings and the same thing happens. And don't ask how I figured this out!!!
I suspect that this will have no bearing on how breastfeeding goes, but let us know.
Warmly,
tina
