Domperidone is available over the counter, under the trade name of 
'Motilium'.  They have recently launched a very light dose one, for the 
current obsession of 'improving digestive transit' to make you look thinner.

Larger quantities and doses are usually bought via shipping companies.  
So I'm not sure of the cost of buying it as 'Motilium' in bulk at the 
chemists. But she can buy it over the counter without a problem.  
Perhaps she can order ahead?
