I am equally unimpressed, in fact I am horrified 
that an employer gives away formula in this way. 
This utterly wipes out any Brownie points from 
the smart pumping room and the free pump 
rental...which don't deserve Brownie points 
anyway, as none of this is the same as decent 
maternity leave plus flexible working conditions 
so women have a truly supported choice to 
breastfeed.

I am shocked (but not surprised) that a company 
can present this as good practice.

Frankly, it stinks :(
