If the baby is 11 mo and the hair loss has stopped, then it was
probably normal postpartum shedding:

However, it can be a symptom of hypothyroid. Certainly the tiredness
and lack of energy could be due to low thyroid. I would definitely
suggest that she have her thyroid checked.
