I was helping a mother with an infant dx with GERD.  She was using a product called "simply thick" to add to EBM.

Unlike the other product that someone mentioned with specific instructions about breastmilk, I don't think this one has that much detail; however; working with her doctor, I believe this mother had success with her baby tolerating the thickened EBM using this product.  As with the other poster, I have no vested interested in this company.  I'm just passing along information that might be helpful.
