Hello everyone, I am investigating in developing a methodology of analyzing
the integrity of two biocomponents (triglycerides or sIgA) in breastmilk in
storage containers during refrigeration and freezing. This is for my packaging
thesis in Rochester Institute of Technology. This is where I need your help! I
am on the fence of choosing one of the two, triglycerides (lipids) OR secretory
IgA, for the experiment so I am asking you to give me your opinion on which
biocomponent is more important to infants and I'll focus on the one that most
of you decided to choose.
(I will focus on different storage containers, polyethelyne bags, polycarbonate
bottles, polypropylene bottles, nylon bags, glass containers, and possibly
dupont integrated materials)
I plan to make a decision in a week from today.
Thanks!
Matthew Jenkins
