This is the petition on the website we discussed here  2-3 weeks ago, 
and according to posts on Lactnet, it is run by something called the 
International Formula Council.

I am almost sure the petition was against 'Ban the Bags'; now it 
appears to be against 'Ban the Bottle'....but who is banning the 
bottle?
