I prefer miconazole cream over clotrimazole.  It just seems to be more
effective against thrush.

Since she and baby have both apparently been suffering with yeast
overgrowth for awhile, I'd be surprised if 2 doses of Diflucan is enough.

Some kinds of acidophilus can cause gassiness in baby.  Have her make sure
she's using dairy-free acidophilus for herself and baby.

Poor baby and poor mama.  :(
